Privacy Policy
Panbridge is positioned to match suppliers (Advertisers) with qualified social-media creators (Influencers) for content-marketing campaigns.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Panbridge定位提供撮合供应商（广告主）与符合资质的社交媒体创作者（达人），开展内容营销活动。
本隐私政策说明当您访问、使用本平台时，我们如何收集、使用、披露以及保护您的个人信息。使用平台即代表您同意本隐私政策；如您不同意，请不要使用本服务。
Naming Clarification
“Panbridge” is the brand/product name of the Platform; the legal contracting entity and data controller remains 【International Buyer Service Limited 】. Any references in prior materials to platform related brands refer to the same Platform operated by the above Hong Kong registered company.
“Panbridge” 是平台的品牌 / 产品名称；法律签约主体与数据控制者始终为【國際采購商服務有限公司】。过往资料中提及的平台相关品牌名称，均指代由该香港公司运营的同一平台。
1. Scope｜适用范围
This Policy applies only to data processing activities related to the Company’s IBS Influencer Marketing Platform. It does not cover any cold‑email tools, affiliate‑marketing systems, or standalone AI agents.
本政策仅适用于本公司 达人营销平台相关的数据处理行为。不适用于陌生邮件工具、联盟营销系统、独立 AI 智能代理相关业务。

2.1 Information you provide directly｜您主动直接提供的信息
Account & profile: name, email, phone, organization, role/title, social‑media handle(s), country/region, avatar, and authentication identifiers.
Campaign & collaboration data: Campaign briefs and requirements, target audiences, product details, budgets, timelines, and communications with the Company and/or Influencers.
Creative submissions & approvals: sample products to be shipped, draft content, feedback, approvals/declines, and posting confirmations.
Billing & payments: wallet top‑ups, payment method tokens (via payment service providers), invoices, and transaction history.
账号与个人档案：姓名、邮箱、电话、所属机构、职位、社交媒体账号 ID、所在国家 / 地区、头像、身份核验标识。
营销活动与协作数据：活动需求 brief、业务要求、目标受众、产品详情、预算、时间计划，以及您和平台、达人之间的沟通记录。
创意提交与审批信息：待寄送样品信息、内容草稿、修改反馈、审批通过 / 驳回记录、发布确认记录。
账单与支付信息：钱包充值记录、由支付服务商返回的支付令牌、发票、交易历史记录。
2.2 Information collected automatically｜自动收集的信息
Technical data: device type, operating system, browser, language, IP address, approximate geolocation, session identifiers, and system logs.
Usage analytics: page views, clicks, navigation paths, response times, errors, and feature usage.
Campaign performance data: view counts, clicks, conversions, engagement metrics, posting URLs, and attribution signals from integrated analytics/short‑link/UTM tools.
技术数据：设备型号、操作系统、浏览器、语言、IP 地址、大致地理位置、会话标识、系统日志。
使用行为分析数据：页面浏览、点击、浏览路径、接口响应时间、报错信息、功能使用记录。
营销活动效果数据：播放量、点击、转化、互动指标、发布链接，以及来自分析工具、短链、UTM 工具的归因信号。
2.3 Information from third parties and integrations｜来自第三方与集成能力获取的信息
Social‑network integrations: public profile data and post‑level analytics as authorized by you or by the Influencer, in accordance with platform policies.
Payment service providers (PSPs): limited payment metadata (e.g., last 4 digits, card brand, transaction status); we do not store full card numbers.
社交平台集成：经您或达人授权，获取公开档案数据、作品维度统计数据，遵循对应社交平台规则。
支付服务商：有限的支付元数据（例如银行卡后四位、卡组织、交易状态）；我们不会存储完整银行卡号。
3. How We Collect Information｜信息收集方式
Directly from you when you register, create Campaigns, collaborate, upload materials, or communicate with us.
Automatically through cookies, pixels, SDKs, and server logs when you use the Platform.
From integrations you enable (e.g., social‑network APIs, link trackers, analytics), subject to their terms and your permissions.
在您注册、创建营销活动、开展协作、上传物料、与我们沟通时，直接向您收集。

4. How We Use Information｜信息使用目的
We use personal information to:
1. Provide and operate the Platform, including matching Advertisers with Influencers, managing applications, pricing, contracting, posting, and reporting.
2. Recommend suitable Influencers, content ideas, and scheduling based on your Campaign inputs and historical performance (algorithmic/ML‑assisted recommendations).
3. Measure and attribute Campaign performance, generate Campaign Reports, and support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
4. Secure and maintain the Platform, detect/prevent fraud or abuse, debug errors, and improve reliability and user experience.
5. Comply with laws and enforce our agreements, including investigating violations.

1. 运营提供平台服务：广告主‑达人撮合、申请管理、定价、签约、内容发布、生成业务报告。
2. 根据您的活动配置、历史业务数据，算法 / 机器学习辅助，为您推荐合适达人、内容创意与排期。
3. 统计、归因营销活动效果，生成活动报告，支撑账单、开票、对账。
4. 保障平台安全运行，识别防范欺诈、滥用行为，排查故障，提升系统稳定性与用户体验。
5. 履行法律义务，执行协议约定，包括调查违规行为。
4.1 Clarification on AI/ML Use｜AI / 机器学习使用说明
We may use algorithmic or machine‑learning models to score matches, predict outcomes, and personalize recommendations.
Unless you provide prior, express consent, we do not use customer content (e.g., briefs, materials, chats, or analytics) to train or fine‑tune generalized models for unrelated purposes. Where third‑party ML services are used, we configure them (where available) to disable training/retention for provider model improvement.
We apply data minimization and, where feasible, pseudonymization/anonymization to data used for model evaluation and service improvement.

4.2 Marketing｜营销推送
We may send you service‑related communications. Where required by law, we obtain your consent for direct marketing; you can opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.
我们会向您发送服务类通知。法律要求情形下，会取得您的同意才发送商业营销邮件；您可以随时通过退订链接或者联系我们取消营销推送。
5. Sharing of Personal Information｜个人信息共享
We may share personal information with:
1. Service providers / sub‑processors: hosting, cloud infrastructure, CDNs, analytics, verification tools, and PSPs for transactions.
2. Integrated platforms: social networks and analytics tools to the extent you or the Influencer authorize access for Campaign measurement and posting.
3. Professional advisors: auditors, accountants, legal counsel for compliance purposes.
4. Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Safeguards. We enter into written agreements with service providers requiring confidentiality, restricted processing, and security controls. We maintain a sub‑processor list and will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
We do not sell personal information.

1. 服务提供商 / 次级数据处理者：云主机、云基础设施、CDN、数据分析、核验工具、支付服务商，用于业务交易。

我们不会出售个人信息。
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies｜Cookie 与追踪技术
We use cookies and similar technologies to: Keep you signed in and maintain sessions (strictly necessary), Remember preferences and improve performance (functional), and Measure usage and Campaign performance (analytics).
You can manage cookies via your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit functionality. Where required, we obtain consent for non‑essential cookies.

7. Data Security｜数据安全
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, secure development practices, and incident response). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; however, we work to continuously improve our protections.
我们落实管理、技术、物理层面安全防护：访问权限管控、传输与存储加密、安全开发、安全事件响应。没有任何传输与存储手段可以做到 100% 绝对安全，但我们持续优化防护能力。
8. Retention｜数据留存期限
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to comply with legal, tax, and audit requirements. Typical periods are:
- Account & profile: for the life of the account and up to 24 months after closure,
- Campaign & performance data: up to 36 months after the related Campaign completes,
- Technical logs: 90 days, unless extended for security investigations or legal holds.
After the applicable period, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the data, unless law requires longer retention.
个人信息仅留存至实现业务目的、满足法律税务审计的必要期限，典型留存周期如下：
- 账号与档案：账号存续期间；账号关闭之后最多留存 24 个月。
- 活动及效果数据：对应营销活动结束后最多留存 36 个月。
- 技术日志：保存 90 天；安全调查、法律冻结场景可以延长。
达到留存期限后，对数据做删除或者不可逆匿名化；法律要求更长留存的除外。
9. Your Rights｜用户权利

11. Children’s Privacy｜未成年人保护
The Platform is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
本平台不面向 13 周岁以下儿童。如我们发现，在未取得可核验的监护人同意前提下收集了 13 岁以下儿童个人信息，会立即删除相关数据。
12. Changes to This Policy｜政策修订
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
